Our postponed Senior Citizens Party took place on February 3 and was a tremendous success. The number attending was the biggest for a number of years at 170! Maybe after the long cold spell people were mad to get out of the house and enjoy a night out.
Thanks again to the Transition Year students from the Community School. They are a great addition to the occasion. Thanks to Tommy Moloney for the music. Michael Brosnan of Brosnan's Bar and Pat Horan, the manager of Brian Boru's. Thanks to all who supplied the desserts.
